This new piece by Vincent Meessen was especially conceived for the group exhibition MONOCULTURE – A Recent History. Titled in English How To Spin A Bad Yarn (Dutch: Hoe slecht garen spinnen, French: Comment filer du mauvais coton, Arabic: كيفية غزل القطن السيئ), this work is a layered, self-reflective and highly polemical essay presented in the form of installation.
