Organisation emerging from the Belgian Institute for World Affairs (BIWA) and "Novum Belgium" or Nova Belgica, merging into the Peter Minuit Foundation specifically to contend with the process against Peter Stuyvesant... The PMF is issuer of certificates and most importantly, the stock option to buy back Manhattan....
